Reception’s Busiest Month

July was our Reception team’s busiest month of the year so far with just over 4,000 phone calls coming into the Practice. This is in addition to walk-in queries and outbound calls to arrange appointments and referrals, which we currently don’t have data on. To put this number into perspective; in the same month last year (2023), we received 2,819 phone calls which is an increase of 42%.

Despite this huge volume of calls, our average waiting time on the phone was just 4 minutes!

This is thanks to the amazing work of our Reception team led by Renata, Reception Manager.
