Meet Renata

After moving to England from Poland in 2008, Renata worked alongside the Practice at several of our Care Homes for a number of years in addition to working as a dental nurse. Progressing through social care, she became a team leader at one of our largest Care Homes in 2017.

Renata then joined the Practice team as a Receptionist in 2020. She was soon promoted to Reception Team Leader and is now our Reception Manager. In this role, she manages a team of Receptionists and Call Handlers and is responsible for both the physical and virtual front-door of the Practice.

If something goes wrong, Renata wants to hear about it. She is the first point of escalation for concerns or complaints and has a wealth of experience in resolving situations for the benefit of her patients.
