Meet Dr Bentley

After graduating from medical school in London in 1994 with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS), as well as a First Class Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry, Dr Bentley completed his medical training with NHS organisations across London. He then joined the practice after achieving membership with the Royal College of GPs in 1998.

Over his 26 years at the Practice, Dr Bentley has completed diplomas in child health, obstetrics and gynaecology, family planning and reproductive health, and diabetes. He also held the position of Clinical Director at the local Primary Care Trust for several years and, until recently, was on the board of the Local Medical Committee.

Dr Bentley holds a special interest in care of the elderly and currently oversees the delivery of care to over 500 local care home residents. As Managing Partner, he also spends a lot of time running the administrative side of the practice and supervising more junior clinical staff.
