Barnet Diabetes Service

We work very closely with the diabetes team at Central London Community Healthcare (CLCH). The Barnet diabetes service provides holistic support to diabetic patients and aims to empower you to self-manage your condition through education and group sessions.

The service runs out of the Finchley Memorial Hospital and Edgware Community Hospital.

All people with a new diabetes diagnosis will be offered a referral into the diabetes education programme which runs out of Finchley Memorial Hospital.

You don’t need to wait for us to contact you, or even until your annual review. If you’re diabetic and would like help to better manage your condition, please let us know and we’ll make sure you get the right support.
