Our robust support structures, clear routes of escalation, and collaborative working have allowed us to achieve a staff retention rate of more than 95% over the last year (with only one leaver).

We’re very excited to be in a position to expand both our clinical and reception teams. We’re hiring newly qualified GPs (achieved CCT within the last two years) and a part-time Receptionist to provide additional support for our patients.
