Meet Nurse Sam

Nurse Sam has worked alongside the practice, in one of our care homes, since 2005. When an opportunity arose in 2024 to join the practice team, she jumped at it.

Sam has a wealth of nursing experience across various specialities including gynaecology, tissue viability, and care of the elderly. Most recently, she gained her independent prescribing qualification and now works as a nurse practitioner, assessing, diagnosing, and treating a range of minor conditions.

Outside of her work at the practice, Nurse Sam acts as clinical nurse manager in one of our care homes and is pursuing further qualifications in management and leadership.
