Social Prescribing Service

Social prescribers help you find support in the community for non-medical related issues that may affect your health and wellbeing.

These can include financial issues, social needs, or if you are requiring help with everyday living. Social Prescribers can work with you for up to six sessions (on average) to offer guidance and signposting to local services in your community.

Speak to a member of staff if you would like to be referred to the Social Prescribing service for any of the needs below:

  • Loneliness and isolation
  • Financial and benefits
  • Carers support and care needs
  • Low-moderate mental and emotional health
  • Training and employment
