New Patients

Everyone in the UK has the right to free care from a GP. If you don’t have proof of ID or address, you can still register.

Immigration status or nationality don’t matter – we won’t ask for immigration documents and won’t share your information with the Home Office unless serious crime is involved.

How To Register With Us

Just fill in this quick online form to start the process. You do not need proof of address or immigration status, ID or an NHS number.

The service is designed and run by the NHS, so your personal information is safe.

Paper forms are still available if you need one. You can download this below or collect it from our front desk staff.

We are a Safe Surgery

We are proud to be a ‘Safe Surgery’ for everyone in our community. All are welcome.
In partnership with Doctors of the World UK, we will ensure that our practice offers a welcoming space for everyone who seeks to use our services.
Don’t have documents? Don’t worry. Speak with a member of staff who will help you register.

Non-English Speakers

These fact sheets have been written to explain the role of UK health services, the National Health Service (NHS), to newly-arrived individuals seeking asylum. They cover issues such as the role of GPs, their function as gatekeepers to the health services, how to register and how to access emergency services.

Special care has been taken to ensure that information is given in clear language, and the content and style has been tested with user groups.
